With piston type design provides the filling purpose for granule liquids and law viscosity liquids . such as coconut gel、mushroom sauce containers are suitable for glass bottle, plastic bottle metal can etc.  Piston move up and down by following the upper cam contour to extract liquid out from tank and fill it into can. Filled cans are carried out by a discharge turret and chain to approach a seamer. A mixer is equipped in the tank and liquid level in tank is controlled by sensor bars and a solenoid valve. With 12(18,28,45) sets of filling valve, steady filling volume. Simple structure and multiple functions.

Weighing method

Using strain gauge load cells, the computer examines the weight in each weight bucket. from those weights, the optimal combination to obtain the target weight is instantaneously selected and discharged. if a combination of 5 weigh buckets is selected out of 10 the number of possible combination is 252.

In the same way, if 4 out 10, or 6 out of 10 are selected there are 210 possible combinations. the total available number of possible combinations then becomes 672 for each cycle.
