A COMPARISON BETWEEN THE SCREEN FILLING AND DRUM TYPE FILLING MACHINE
The drum type filling machine is a traditional machine. It employs a crank for reciprocating motions combined with an eccentric adjustment device for adjusting the filling quantity. The filling quantity adjustment range is relatuvely small. When in small quantity filling, its reaction force is small. However, when in large quantity filling, with higher liquid viscosity, this type of machine will not wok properly.
The screw type filling machine is a universal machine. It employs an eccentric screw combined with a tight joint between screw and bushing tjat run in a single direction.A vacuum suction force is created to draw the liquid. The screw is precision machined by a CNC lathe, ensuring filling accuracy to 0.005. As the filling motion is driven by an eccentric screw, the reaction force is reduced. This special design permits the machine to fill higher viscosity liquids. Filling quantity is variable, with a wide adjustment range and convenient setting.
