Bubble tea recipe:
Powder + Hot water + Ice cube+ Tapioca pearl (jelly cube / pudding)
60g + 120 ml + 250g + 50g = 500ml/cup
Process :
1.Pour hot water into the shaker.
2.Put powder into the shaker.
3.Stir for a few seconds.
4.Pour the ice cube into the shaker.
5.Put the shaker on shaking machine (or, shake it by hands for 10 seconds.)
6.Put tapioca pearl ( or jelly cube / pudding) into the cup.
7.Pour the beverage( with ice ) into the cup.
8.Seal it. |
