In order to make it unique & outstanding, we've successfully developed this new category of cocktail series. The items are selected from the top 30 cocktails voted by the American pubs. Our cocktail mixture contains no alcohol to fit any of your clients:

A.COCKTAIL COOLER :

With liquor flavor but no alcohol to fit the non-alcoholic ones at any age level.

B.COCKTAIL LITE :

1oz of the liquor is suggested to make it tasty ( tastes like no alcohol ) and, worm your heart.However, if needed, you can make it

C.COCKTAIL REQULAR :

2oz of liquor, and the taste is almost the same as Pub's .  

Non-alcohol cocktail recipe and process :

RECIPE : 

A.COCKTAIL COOLER :

The same recipe of our bubble tea powder,500ml/cup

Powder : hot water : Ice cube : Tapioca pearl （jelly cube / pudding）=500ml/cup

EX : 60g+ 120ml+ 250g+ 50g=500ml/cup  

PROCESS :

Pour hot water into shake cup .

Pour powder into shake cup .

Stir a little bit with stir or spoon .

Pour ice cube shake cup .

Shake it .

B.COCKTAIL LITE :

Powder + Hot water + Ice cube + Liquor + Tapioca pearl （jelly cube / pudding）= 360ml/cup

EX : 45g+80ml+ 180g+1oz+30g= 360ml/cup

PROCESS :

1.Pour hot water into shake cup .

2.Pour powder into shake cup .

3.Stir a little bit with stir or spoon .

4.Pour ice cube into shake cup .

5.Pour 1oz liquor .

6.Shake it .

C.COCKTAIL REGULAR :

Powder + Hot water + Ice cube + Liquor + Tapioca pearl （jelly cube / pudding）= 360ml/cup

EX : 45g+80ml+180g+2oz+30g=360ml/cup 

REMARK:

This is a brand new idea, brand new products for bubble tea business.But, due to the high cost, we suggest you to put it onto your menu with a higher price.
